Patriot Feed Body

The Duesway Patriot feed body was developed to last longer than any other feed body on the market.  After decades of watching the wear and tear of other manufacturers, Duesway developed their feed body to go beyond all others in terms of low maintenance, durability, and precision operation. 

  

A standard unload time of nearly 3,000 pounds per minute make sure you get your feed off in a hurry.  What truly sets our feed body apart is how we equip them, standard from factory.  Check out  below to see just a few of the items that come standard with every unit.

Save time, money, fuel and labor costs

Patriot XL

Unloading in nearly 1/3 of the time it takes a standard trailer - the Patriot XL can save anyone time, fuel, and decrease the amount of labor it used to take to do the same job.  When equipped with other features like the Wireless Remote & Receiver, the Patriot XL becomes extremely user friendly.   

 This allows the operator to feather the discharge into position, engage just the floor, just the vertical discharge, or all augers at once.  Large Parker TMK motors provide plenty of torque and RPM to move your feed around 6,000 pounds per minute.

All equipment from a standard Patriot- plus the following:

10" - 16" - 12" Auger System - Average Unload Rate is 6,000 pounds per minute
 

28' Discharge Auger w/ 2 Carrier Bearings and reinforced top rail to keep tube straight and true.


Parker TMK Series Motors for increased Torque and RPM's


1" Stainless Steel Pressure Lines and 1-1/2"  Stainless Steel Return Lines


AKG Oil Cooler with a Thermostat included

  

Typically paired with Wireless Remote and Diagnostic Receiver that delivers the following benefits:

 

E-Stop / Raise, Lower, Swivel Functions / Engage just floor auger / Engage just vertical and discharge for clean-out / Or Engage all augers at once / Control extra lighting.

 

Diagnostic Receiver shows floor and discharge pressure.  Shows controller battery life and will trip diagnostic codes in case of failure.

Dual-Purpose Equipment

Vacuum Retrieval

 The Duesway Vac trailer is equipped with a belly-mounted, hydraulically driven blower to retrieve feed from nearly anywhere.  The biggest advantage to a Duesway system is the pneumatic valve selection that allows the operator to decide which bin to reclaim feed into right from the valve box. 

In addition to that, you still have the standard Patriot unloading system to get the reclaimed feed back off at around 3,000 pounds per minute. 

  

Belly-mounted Hydraulically driven power unit to retrieve (Vacuum) feed from any place deemed necessary.


28' Discharge Auger w/ 2 Carrier Bearings and reinforced top rail to keep tube straight and true.

  

Paired with a Pneumatic Valve (located in Valve box) that allows the driver to select what bin he would like to retrieve feed into without ever leaving the controls.


Typically paired with AKG DCS-20 Oil Cooler with Digital Thermostat

  

Dual Purpose unit allows operator to retrieve feed at one location and auger it off at another.

Stainless steel mesh filters provide a longer life to all blower components.
